After getting my daughter her first full set, the customer and male doing the nails (first seat at entrance) tried to pressure my minor to get gel nails. When I declined the man decided to talk crap about regular polish! When I canceled the remainder of my service he got upset and over charge me for nails. To make matters worse, he proceeded to tell me to get my black ass out when leaving.
This was my second visit. On my first visit to this nail salon, my purpose was to try the dip powder. I got a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and upper lip wax, and the dip powder! The girl that works there did everything except for the dip powder and she did a very good job. The man did the dip powder on my nails and that was great. He told me then they only way to get it of was to soak them off and I was happy with that..because I don't like acrylic nails because they are harsh on your real nails. But today when I came back to get them redone it was a whole different experience. He started with his electric drill filing down my nails. Asked why he was doing that he said makes easier to take off...so I let him so his thing. But next he took a nipper to make space between polish and nail! Then he took a fake nail and wedged it between to separate the polish from nail. In the process he broke 3 nail and removed layers of my own nail! I told him I did not like the way he was doing it and he got mad and told me he could stop and I can go somewhere else! He did not care about how he was treating my nails and causing damage. I will never go back there again! Beware!!
Disappointed and annoyed I've came here 3 different times always tip, i was told her husband doesn't do pedicures yet he did mines before ??? Wont be back
horrible customer service. not new to pedicures, and i had my first one at 15 years of age. fast forward 30 years and many experiences to this "spa." the woman that tended to my feet had a sour attitude. perhaps she was tired or had a rough day; however, i definitely deserved a pleasant experience. she made my cuticles bleed and was incredibly rough with her technique.
