This salon loves to lie about how much time you have to wait and will never call you back to come and get your nails done. They claim they close at seven. I put my name on the list at three and was told
I'd have to wait 45 minutes. I come back an hour later and they said I have another hour which is not what I was told. Now it's five o'clock and they call me saying they may not be able to get to me because they want to leave at six. That's three hours of me waiting when it's supposedly only been four people before me and now I can't get my nails done and have waisted my time. DO NOT RECOMMEND, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
Always had a great experience when I've came here! The wait is long most days but that's because they are really good! I always leave really happy with my nails. So far I have had NeNe and Daryl so mine and I'm pleased with both!
Great quality nail technicians. Maybe not the best atmosphere to relax because it's small. Never had any problems with my nails or eyebrows. Wouldn't get a pedicure often because it's not relaxing to me.

Go here! I don't live in NC. I was here for a short time visiting family. I needed to relax and decided to pamper myself. Firstly I called and she accepted right away. She said it was a little wait but that she'd get me into a pedi immediately, which was great. Such a good pedi! I got the deluxe. Being from another state I was worried that I made a rash decision because my phone was about to die. I had no idea how I was going to get back home. After my toes were done I was asking about possibly leaving to go to the grocery store to get cash and a charger because well I'm an idiot and chose nails over a battery life! Haha. The owner not only allowed me a ONE TIME exception to pay with my card, but she lent me her own charger while then taking care of my nails. She picked up right away that I was nervous and stressed and just was so kind to a total stranger. My toes have never looked so cute. The volcanic pedi is to die for btw. And I'm a bit obsessed with my nails. I haven't done ombré nails before and they are cute AF :) THANK YOU GIRL! I will only come to TJ Nails when I am back here!
