Nails N Spa in Greensboro, NC

My nails didn't last more than a week. I also asked for coffin and it was not coffin. Will never return for the money I paid.

I work in a grocery store so I am always breaking my nails. Since I have been going to them my nails do break and I get more compliments then I ever did before . I used to bring my mother who was wheelchair bound and had tremors they were patient with her .they talked to her about what she wanted and always left her feeling pretty. They spoke to you as if you were family and you understood everything said in the shop you don't feel like they are talking about you..

I used to go here all the time for pedicures (I loved Laurie but she moved)  but it's been at least 2 years.  I quit going because many of the workers brought their children to work and it was not a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.  I worked with kids all day in school so did not want to be in a place with kids running around, nor do I want to listen to VIDEO games of devices.   To me, this is very unprofessional.  Also I found a place closer to my house which gives great pedicures and spends a lot of time on massage.  I tried Nails & Spa yesterday again to get a simple manicure with clear polish.  The price was ridiculous for what time was spent.  I almost left upon arrival because there is now a FEE added if you use a debit card or credit card. This will only hurt the workers' tips in the long run.   So I spent 21.50 for a manicure with basically NO massage at all!....just cuticle trimming, clear polish and oil.  Their manicures used to involve massage hands, forearms and even neck and shoulder massage.  Also employees still bring their kids to work (although a very polite child). I was so disappointed in the service and the atmosphere.  On one positive note, they are remodeling and now have a decent bathroom.  People want a relaxing atmosphere, not a quick noisy service with children running around.

I went for chrome nails. Got home it washed off. Drove 25 miles back and they said "we said we will fix it with an attitude" and I asked for $ back. Said we fixed it. They gathered together and chatted in there native tongue and the owner just stood there   Don't go there. Poor customer service.

I visited Nails N Spa after it was recommended by my sister. I received a hot stone pedicure, SNS on my nails, and eyebrow waxing. My SNS began to chip the very next day which I have NEVER had happen from anywhere else. My eyebrows were so uneven it looked like a permanent facial expression. I will never come here again!
