I am a first time mom & they treated my son and i very well , my son got a little antsy but i was very pleased with how patient she was with my son I absolutely loved how his turned out !

I gave it a two because if you're coming here for braids. Might be the cutest spot for children, however as our first time...it was a trial so no braids we requested a trim, deep conditioning, and a curly style. They added a blow dry which I was willing to follow thru but then I started looking around and this is not the kind of spot that looks well versed in cutting/trimming especially not a mixed child waist length curly hair. So we adjusted just deep condition and style she added a detangle which I was ok with until she started! This employee wet my daughters hair with water spray for moisture and leave in conditioner and began trying to tackle my kids head from the mid section and ripping all the way down to the ends over and over gripping and ripping. She didn't even get half way thru her hair. I tried explaining how her hair is supposed to be detangled she was not wavering. Finally I ended the session she tried to tell me she still had to charge me which at that point I did not care as long as she stopped handling her hair. I received a phone call moments later from the owner she did not offer a solution, discount or money back for the immature, rookie experience of her employee. Her apology followed up with excuses on their behalf. Ensure your child's hair is detangled before they arrive or they will be crying like the poor child across from my daughter who clearly looked like she was being tortured by another employee. Regina H. Owner did contact me and provided a refund an apology and solutions to rectify the incident as well as a referral to another stylist outside of her business. Grateful for understanding and willingness to fix the issue at hand. Thank you for listening and compassion for our experience.

We had an amazing 5th birthday party for my daughter and niece at Tiny Textures! All we had to do was bring cake and food - everything else was done for us. They provided decorations, plates/utensils/cups, robes for each of the girls to wear and even sparkling juice to toast the birthday girls. Rainah and Elle were amazing - they were so patient with the girls, even when they picked all different colors for each nail. Regina, who is the owner, was also great to work with. She was flexible with us when we had to adjust the date and was also accommodating when we had an unexpected extra guest. All the girls left saying they had so much fun. Highly recommend if you're looking for a special birthday party for your daughter!

We've been bringing my daughter her for years. She always loves to come and have her "special day". However this new scheduling system they are trying to implement is beyond frustrating. It's been months, no improvement and increasing frustrations. I'm searching elsewhere simply for the fact that I'm so fed up with their scheduling system. The need to "request" an appointment on their portal...then wait. Once you put your request in you must wait for your request to be approved. God forbid the request get overlooked, like mine did, you're out of luck. Then you show up to the salon thinking you have an appointment when you actually don't because again it wasn't approved. Very very poor scheduling. We live a busy life and I can't afford to "wait" to see if I've been "approved" for an appointment. Oh and to be considered a "VIP" and get access to the scheduling system early, there's a cost. Yes an annual membership to to have access to "request" appointments early. I am actively looking for a new salon. I'm at my wits end with this.

I took my daughter to Tiny Textures for her first appointment with Bria. It was absolutely amazing. The experience for her and her hair was beautiful. We can't wait to go back!
