The most underrated nail salon I. The area, but go. You won't be disappointed. Tina is a great manager and engages her clients. Top notch in nail care!
I've been to Tina's before and had a good experience. But this rating is on behalf if my daughter. We both went and had gel pedicures. I wanted chrome polish and the woman said to me, "it's an extra $20" as if I couldn't afford to pay for it. At any rate, my daughter got gel on her toes, paid $40, and less than an hour after getting them done, the polish popped off of her toe nails. Neither one of us had ever had that happen before. She went back the next day and they only refunded her $10 for the gel telling her, "she still had a pedicure." Neither one of us will be back.
I got a gel pedicure last night and within and hour of me coming home, all of the color on my nails peeled off. When I went back to salon for a refund, the manager laughed at me, was rude, and only gave me $10 out of the $45 I originally paid.
Very rude owner. Took my elderly mother there and they were aggressive and rude. Performed a pedicure instead of just polish the nails. They then proceeded to remove nail polish on both hands and when mother questioned what they were doing they stopped everything and told her to leave. I would suggest no one use or go to Tina's.
Terrible. Gel nails. The paint cracked and fell off within 24 hours.,3 days later I was needed another manicure. Never again.
