The staff here are lazy including the lady owner. I went here many times before and thought that only some staff are cutting corners when doing my nails. It appears that everyone here is doing the same sloppy job. They just pretend that they are doing the work when actually, the tools don't even touch my nails. Pedicure done in less than 10 minutes. Not coming back here anymore.
Honestly, the results turned out ok but I DID NOT appreciate the service experience. The woman was very curt and rough with my hands and fingers. I felt like she forgot I was human with the way she was working with me. Later found out my 11 year old cousin also had this lady a previous visit and DID NOT LIKE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you're looking for a place that will get you in and out quick with mediocre service and meh pricing, come here.
I recently visited this location. The lady was rushing very bad. She did my refill within 20 min. You can tell she just wanted to get it done and she kept asking if I wanted my brows done. I told her so many times I don't want it done. She literally painted my toes like a 2 year old did. So dissatisfied don't spend your money here. I regret it here.
Clean but subpar service with a rude staff! I was a customer of Kim's Nails in Delran for a period of time and stopped for more than 2 years. Why? The staff is rude and only concerned with getting you in and out. This is NOT ok if they do a sloppy polish, clip your cuticles too short, and ignore your requests. For a period of time, they had timers (yes, really) at their stations and pedicure chairs. The regular OPI polishes are old and clumpy but they continue to add polish remover to stretch it. One of the reasons a polish doesn't last. One of the ladies named Kelly, consistently over paints and has to clean your nails with remover over and over. The other older lady (not owner) is the worst. She is extremely rude and sprints through the service. I decided not to return after giving them another try when COVID restrictions eased. I talked to a friend and she had the same experience with the "sprinter" recently. Unbeknownst to me, she too was on the brink of looking for a new salon. OWNER: It is time to assess the way you conduct business. You are in a high traffic area but most times you are slow even before COVID. It is a repeat business, most get service every two weeks. You should make sure your customers have a pleasant experience so they recommend to their friends. Talk to your staff about making snide remarks (you too!), pay attention to customer requests, and take pride in your work. Doesn't hurt to smile either. I don't speak your native language but it is clear you and your husband are not very nice to your staff. I watch the way you interact and it is never friendly. I have NEVER seen timers in a nail salon, I can't imagine how that made them feel to be timed. I didn't like it at all as a customer. It was a factor in me leaving the first time. Lastly, your prices are cheap but the service is below standard. There is an abundance of decent nails salons in your area. Thankfully, I found a new one and will not be returning! They are super clean, polite, efficient and beautifully appointed. Why not have a face to face with the owner??? I think a review is more impactful. Hopefully they take heed. No, it is not a spa but decent service should be an expectation.
