Timeless nails and spa in San Antonio, TX

I'm very satisfied with Timeless Nails & Spa. I have been coming to the salon for over five years. I can honestly say that their service and personnel are very professional and do quality work. They work by appointments and you never have to wait when you arrive. They will do walk-Ins when they have time available. The salon's atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend Timeless Nails & Spa to everyone I know and I encourage you to go try them for yourself!!

I have been going to Timeless Nails Salon for many years....since it opened. Tony is a very intelligent and personable small business owner. He takes time to get to know his customers. Tony and his staff go out of their way to ensure their clients are happy with the service they provide. The salon is very clean and they always uses proper sterilization procedures.

Walked in to get a pedicure and there's two people not working on anyone and the lady tells me they don't have time to do a pedicure. Place was empty. Update: There's no reason to be rude when turning someone away if you have appointments coming in. I was looked up and down and turned away. It was a terrible experience It looks as if you're not blonde, you get rudeness. How unfortunate

I have to write a review for this fabulous place. the owners are so caring and loving. I've been going here for two years and they greet me by name every time I walk in. it's run by a family who is so caring and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. today an elderly lady walked in and asked just to have her toes clipped because she couldn't reach her toes. the owner sat her down in a pedicure chair (walked her by his arm) and clipped her toes the way she wanted them. as he walked her to the door, she tried to pay for this silly little service but he refused to take payment from this old little lady who just wanted her toe nails clipped. she said another salon wouldn't do it unless she got a full pedicure package. she was so touched. he said he would do it for her any time she needed it done, and she could pay next time, if she wanted. I could tell she was very touched that they took care of her. I got my fills done and they were beautiful, as always. I listened to the conversation of another pedicure being done and the family is always so sweet and interested in their clients. it always moves me. the husband, wife, and even their daughter who is going through college works here and is so kind to everyone who walks through the door. call to make an appointment...they will make sure to make you feel comfortable. ive traveled all over and this is my favorite salon. i highly recommend it.

Do not come here! It was my first time and my 2 nails broke within a couple of days. Came back to get them fixed and Dana was super rude, because I asked her if she can buff them a little more. She knew it was my first time here because when I first got them done she asked me where I usually go for my nails which I told her and she brought that up and told me next time to go back there. Very unprofessional, more people started coming in and because they are understaffed she started freaking out. Which is understandable, i know things can get hectic but there's a way to treat your customers.
