I called directly to Ross to make an appointment for an under-dye for my daughter. The receptionist said she was going to give me a number to book directly with a hair stylist, Angelica. We agreed on a scheduled date and time. I even text an hour before to confirm the appointment. After driving very far, I checked in and waited for 20 minutes without anyone even so much as caring we were waiting. I finally asked and receptionist told me Angelica was still with another customer. I do not do business this way. An appointment is a scheduled time, if it is delayed she should have told us before we drive in terrible rain! If your time is valuable DO NOT BOOK HERE!

This place has poor customer service., don't bother making appointments because they will take walking in front of yours and will still have you wait. After bringing this issue to the owner, the old lady just said sorry even after explaining to her this happens all the time. Never again.
Can't comment on the service of the hair cut but rather the customer service. Made an appointment for a mens hair cut, and waited 25 minutes before I eventually got up and left. Says by appointments only but I've waited less as a walk-in elsewhere.
