The ownership/staff changed here in the last 12 months or so. I wouldn't recommend. Photos are of a gel manicure (I hadn't had any sort of manicure in over a year). The worst part was a woman picking up my wallet about to take out my credit card WHILE I was getting my manicure, but I took it back anyways. Stressful/painful experience.
Excellent service and great nail art and nails and the pedicure are absolutely fantastic! I've been going for two years and refuse to go anywhere else in San Antonio.

This place is TERRIBLE! EXPECT MEDIOCRE services along with very unprofessional, rude customer service. Went to get acrylics taken off and when I asked for nail hardner or regular clear polish top coat they said we don't do that. What kind of salon does not do that? I do feel because of my ethnicity they just did not want to help me. They said I'd need to make an appointment afterwards for gel top coat when I was already there and trust me they were NOT busy. The lady who does the waxing was AWFUL, didn't even know the right steps for a wax. Do not waste your time or money here. SO NOT WORTH IT. The atmosphere was awful not clean, very unorganized and not tidy. Not a place where you go to unwind and relax. Worst place ever. TDLR might need to check up on this shop.
My Husband and I came in maybe a hour before closing after calling and confirming that they could accommodate 2 pedi's. When we first got there we weren't really greeted to nicely, though I understand maybe everyone just had a long day, we were sat very quickly but were not really spoken to nor given anything to drink. Immediately was sat in very hot water and my husband was taken care of first. We did have a male and female tech who were both very rough throughout the whole service and when either of us would pull our feet away in pain both techs just grabbed our foots and kept on going. Both services felt very rushed with very little to none communication or friendly-ness, when leaving I did have some nicks on my toes and foot from the service. As well as my legs and foot were almost a ashy white when I got home. Definitely do not think they are worth the price and do not see my family or I returning.
