Im very satisfy when i got the service from this nail salon, very welcoming, clean, and everybody here super friendly, i feel very comfortable to talk to everyone here because they'r always do what I ask for and they'r always have a smile on their face! Good customer service ! That's what i need when i go anywhere is CUSTOMER SERVICE and they gave me an awesome one ! I highly recommend this nail salon, if you'r not happy with something just speak up because they are willing to fix it for you right away without an attitude! Im very satisfy !
I was overall happy with the service. My biggest complaint and the reason I'm giving it two stars, is when I went to pay for my nails, I was told it was $40 for a pedicure and a manicure. I specifically asked for a pricing sheet when I was getting my nails done. They handed me this one. I told the guy ringing me up that their pricing sheet said $34 for both. I showed him it. He laughed and said "This is 10 years old. We don't use it anymore." I said "That was what was handed to me and this feels like a bait and switch. And if it's not your prices, it should be thrown away and not handed to customers." I paid the amount he said because I didn't want to cause a scene. He didn't know what to say, except repeating himself and laughing. I will not be returning there again.
After a lot of research due to being nee to the area, I decided to try out this salon. It was June 15th. I called tbt day prior and the gentlemen was very polite and said I could come in at 10am on Tuesday. I was fine with this and figured it gave me plenty of time before I needed to be at the airport by 3pm. Going here was a bad decision! Let me explain. 1. I waited roughly 45 minutes for my pedicure to start after my scheduled appointment. While waiting I prompted staff and asked if I could soak off my dip powder. 2. What pedicure? The guy removed the shellac off my toes, clipped my toenails, barely cleaned the sides and then said "she will paint your toes." I didn't think anything of it and figured the lady would finish my pedicure. It wasn't until she told me to exit the chair that I realized I never received a lef massage, lotion, hot towel, etc. (all the great things about a pedicure). I asked the lady if for some reason their salon does not do any of that. She said they do and spoke to the gentleman in her native language. She then said, "I'll give you a lotion at the end." I told her no, I didn't get 1/2 of my pedicure! The guy then looked at me and said, "sorry, we busy!" It was so bad! I don't care how busy you are. I had an appointment and I am a paying customer. Not to mention they were not even that busy! There were 2 other people present and one lady came in to get her eyebrows waxed (P.S. She was in the back for her eyebrows for a long time and came out yelling and very angry!). 3. The lady kept stopping my nails to do other stuff. My appointment was at 10. I was still there at almost 1pm. She was rough. She did a sloppy job. See the photos!. 4. At 1pm the lady tried to redirect me to the pedicure chair for my "lotion." Once again I told her he didn't do anything, not just skip the lotion. I told her at this point I did not have time because I had a flight to catch. If I wouldn't have had to wait so long and if the guy did it correctly the first time we wouldn't be in this situation. 5 (the kicker!). I go to pay. I don't fuss. The guy looks at me and says, "we will give you a $2 discount for no lotion." This made me SO mad. Once again I looked him in the face and told him he skipped half of my pedicure! His response - "sorry, we busy. That's the lowest I can go." I told him that's ridiculous . The lady said something in his language and then he said. "Ok I'll do five." I was so mad, But still paid and tipped, because that's what I believe in. Unfortunately they lost a potential great client. 6. I am giving them 2 stars vs 1 star because it is currently 3 weeks later and the dip has stayed pretty well on my nails. Appearance: this place could use an update. There is black duct tape on each of the pedicure chairs. There are labels on the pedicure chairs stating to tip your worker. I get it. Maybe people don't always tip like I think the should, bur I don't and to read a sign about a tip wherever I sit.
Had to go twice to get the proper mani pedi that I wanted. But they were really good about making an appointment and fixing the problems.
