i have been going to them a long time but now I will be finding another nail shop I been in here 2 hours all I want is my lashes done and then she do someone else's eyebrows go back up front and start working on another one nails tell me to come back tomorrow wtf I give no rating thanks to Tammy had to give at least one star or it won't post
The man who did my nails was very attentive and took his time, which I really appreciate when using the nail sander. I had no cuts or abrasions, he was very gentle! I love the colour I picked out- they have a whole lot of options. I am visiting from out of town so I was a little scared to get my nails done because they didn't have great reviews- but I had a wonderful experience!
Waste of my money. Horrible pedicure! Rushed job! Start to finish less than 25 minutes. This so called pedicure was a JOKE! Had to request 2 nd coat of polish and the finish was horrible. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE DONT VISIT THE SALON IF YOU ARE SEEKING ANY KIND OF QUALITY SERVICES!
Worst nail salon ever. Asked for a simple design on two fingers and it was like asking her to build a rocket ship. My pedicure was so half assed. She didn't clean under and around the nails at all. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted it filed in. She was doing her own thing the whole time. Never again.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had at any nail salon. I waited an hour after being seated for the nail tech to start and then she disappeared 3 times during the process. It took 3 hours to get a fill in and she charged me extra to get the nails cut down and use a matte top coat instead of glossy. The color she used was nothing like the one i showed her and after i worked up the courage to tell her i hated the color and would like to change it and told her i would pay extra to change it she and the other nail techs started yelling at me and being rude and talking to each other continuously throughout the entire time. They told me i would have to pay extra for the color change, which i had already said i would do, and then she didn't even take off the other color, she painted over it with the new one and it was streaky and sloppy. You cant still see the old color through the new one. They were all completely unprofessional and rude and are over charging after they already start on the nails.
