The majority of workers are friendly, but then it's Sue, she's very hateful. I'm disappointed because I was willing to give them a second chance, but I won't try again.

I went for a manicure, no polish just buffed.
I got the manicure and at the end I was asked if I wanted clear polish.
I said "no just the buff."
and then I was told they don't have any buffers.
Would have loved to be told that in the beginning of the service.
The wait was an hour. . which no one tell you when you walk in.
the tools were all reused.
the towels were dirty.
they filed my nails over a stack of magazines.
I was grossed out the entire manicure but was just trying to grin and bare it.
but the lack of a single buffer was what broke the camels back. .
not impressed.
left with jagged nails and had to go and buy a buffer after paying $15 to basically get my nails filed.
Went in at 9 because that is their advertised opening time. We were sent away and told to come back at 10 because they changed their hours and don't open until 10 now. Ran 1 errand and was back at 9:40. Seven people were magically ahead of us now, 4 of whom were being worked on and now there is magically over an hour wait time. Super unprofessional. Did not stay, because we were on a time crunch (which is why we chose them and tried to go at 9).
The service here is just your basic nail salon, not too great! Very nice building and good eye brow service.
