This salon soaked my hands in pure acetone to aid in the removal of my dip nails. My entire hands. That is extremely damaging to the skin. I've never seen that in practice. I've only seen applying an acetone-soaked cotton ball to the nail itself. As part of my "manicure" they also did not address my cuticles at all or apply lotion/oil to moisturize my skin and nails, especially after my skin was white from soaking in the hot acetone. No base coat was applied before adding polish. If I'm paying $20 for a basic manicure in addition to the extra $10 cost of having my old sns removed I would assume it would include more than just the painting of my nails.
I was there 1 hour before opening. They took the 2nd lady first. I was told that they take who walks in the door first and not who actually arrived at the establishment first. No consideration for my time. I left and will never go back. They were not the best anyway.
Trash. This place and the employees and service are trash. I walked in and stood for 10 mins . Male and female employee both ignored my presence. When I called them out....she "didn't see me" okay ma'am . Bye
I went here for years during high school and undergrad 2002-2009. Nails always looked great, Holly was the best.
Tried to get my eyebrows done and waited for about 15 minutes. No one said that it would be a few minutes or anything, they only said sign in. After 15 minutes I left, maybe it's because I'm from a bigger city but that is too long to wait just to get eyebrows done. I may have been more accepting if the customer service was better.
