Three Arrows Salon in Silverdale, WA

Normae (pronounced Norma) is so amazing! I was blessed to find this gem of a hair salon and her. loved my salon and Color Queen in Virginia and was so worried I would not find a salon here in Washington where I felt as comfortable. After going one other place in WA that made me feel like a number not a person, I am so happy to report I found my hair person and salon for WA. I wanted a drastic change from my dark and purple to silver and lighter purple streaks. At my initial consultation Normae explained to me it is a process and will take several appointments to get there. When I left my first appointment I am confident in the 4-5 appointments it will take to get it where I want it Normae is the Girl! My color is no longer dark just after my first session and Ihave already gotten several compliments. :) highly recommend Normae and the Three Arrows Salon. The hairdresser was a very nice young woman. The salon is nice, clean and welcoming. I went in to have my grey roots covered, to rid of "brassy" blonde in my hair and to have my hair thinned and cut. My roots were never addressed because, according to the stylist, Alana (sp) I used the incorrect verbiage. Although, from the beginning, I stressed "get rid of the grey", " I can't stand the grey roots", I did not say "I need a grey tap". WTH?!? After the folds were off and my hair washed and toned I was back in my seat and discovered that I was a light brassy blond with grey roots! It was shocking. She said it would look better once she cut and thinned my hair. Well, she said she thinned my hair but that never happened. I have curly hair and all I wanted was gel and to let my hair air dry. But she proceeded to blow dry my hair (without a defuser) and halfway though I knew that my hair was not only too brassy blond but way too long. Back to the wash bowl to tone down my hair color. Since, from the beginning, I told her I have a reaction to hair chemicals, my scalp was now beyond sensitive. It was painful to even touch my scalp. Again I told her to cut and thin my hair. She did cut it but never thinned it. I just wanted to run away. I left that salon with grey, brassy, uneven, too thick hair. Just like when I first went in. While she was a very nice person, she didn't listen to me and lied about thinning and BS about grey tapping. If she only can understand certain verbiage, that's pathetic. Horrible waste of time and money. I'm still crying over the damage she did to my scalp/hair. My scalp was beet red when I returned home. I look like a clown.

Jasmine did an amazing job! I have haircut anxiety from past experiences and she was very careful and took her time to really help my hair and gave me a great haircut that was exactly what I asked for and my hair looks and feels just so amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will be returning solely because of Jasmine. Seriously thank you so much. I also inserted some pictures because yes.

Well today I found my new salon. I just moved from California and had no idea where to go. I had a pretty big day because I was cutting my hair after keeping the same hairstyle for over 30 years. I did not have an appointment and although it was clear you need one, Norma had mercy on me and took me in anyway. I am so grateful that she did. Not only did she hear my vision but she created it. I left the salon a new person and my hair was exactly how I envisioned it to be. In addition to doing a wonderful job on my hair, I don't think there was a moment we were not talking. The energy in this place is beautiful. I not only have found my new salon and hair dresser, I will recommend this beautiful space to everyone. I love this salon! A house full of versatile hair stylists, located in Old Town Silverdale. Quick access from any direction with plenty of parking. I refer to them often with confidence!
