Mallory did a total hack job on my hair. I asked for a little more face framing and a light touch up on my layers. She chopped away while my hair was dry, very randomly, and then never checked it after washing for bilateral evenness. As a result, my hair is completely uneven, with the left side being much longer than the right. Also, on each individual side, the layers are uneven and choppy. I can't even put it In a decent ponytail because she hacked off too much. One of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. The color was subpar as well.
Finding a place that my high school son was comfortable with cutting his hair was a win in my book. They are always so friendly and do such a good job. We schedule a few at a time so we are able to plan ahead and have the dates on our Calendar. Very communicative. They also did a great job piercing my youngest daughters (age12) ears. A nice comfortable salon with friendly staff and great service.... Not much more you could ask for!
I went to Schoolhouse after they reopened businesses in Rock County. They touted online and via instructions to me that they were distancing, washing hands, and everyone was masked. That they were taking all precautions to keep people safe. This was not the case. No one was masked (I was the only one). There were four other clients in the tiny house getting services from other stylists, none of whom were masked. They were taking no precautions and I will not return.
