the lady who did my nails was way to rough with my fingers kept pulling my arms I will not be going back horrible customer service !

I have often driven by this mini mall and never knew this salon was here. I am so happy I decided to make an appointment here. The nail techs are very friendly. My nail tech, named Ha, was a dear. I really like the checkin. You can accrue reward points by entering your cell phone number and first name. It's beautiful inside too. A very calm and soothing athmosphere. I will definitely be a repeat customer here.

they have decent service, they were very fast paced and a little short tempered. the lady i had was nice but made a few of my nails crooked. i had to say something about it and she did somewhat fix it. about the pay...i was quoted $101 when i payed but when my transaction came through it was $127 and somewhat cents, and i didn't sign for any tips. and this was definitely not worth $127. i gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but i soon realized why it had a lot of bad reviews.

Literally a waste of my money. Worst manicure of my life. If you want to go someplace that doesn't care about quality or giving you what you pay for, then I highly recommend this place. No foot massage though I paid for one. My gentleman who joined me also did not receive a foot massage, and I got him the deluxe pedicure package. Kept trying to wash my feet with freezing cold water- hey, can we have it be a little warm please?! They ripped my cuticles to the point they were bleeding with the dremel file. My thumb wouldn't stop bleeding for the entirety of the manicure. Also, they didn't do anything with cleaning up my cuticles, etc. They put a sparkly black polish on my nails after I told them I wanted plain. Then they wouldn't redo my nails, just a top coat- even though it was the wrong color! When he was shaping my nails he kept getting it wrong- as in, they were slanted at an angle- I ended up having to straighten them out myself. The application was messy, just look at the photos. Didn't clean up my nails. Left my fingers full of crappy polish. I paid $80 for a pedicure and powder manicure. I'd rather give my money to someone I hate. Filthy nails, bad application. They took my money after I showed them how terrible it was. Worst ever. Buyer beware.

TERRIBLE. This is after she "fixed" them. RUDE as well. If she couldn't do what I asked for she should have told me. Worst salon I've EVER been to. Can't wait to shell out more money tomorrow to go somewhere else to fix them. The picture on the right was what I actually wanted.
