Fastest pedi ever. 15-20 min max. I need to file down my own feet even after! Didnt even get to relax, which is part of the reason I love to have them done. Horrible! Waste of money. My daughter had a pedi and acrylics done. Hers was fine. I will never go back. Ask for one of the women to have your pedi!!!

I had the worst pedicure ever in the 25 yrs of having them here in Janesville and elsewhere. The male didn't even perform the bare minimum to insure a good result. His heart apparently isn't into this job. This is the 2nd time I've had men at this salon for pedicures and both times their work is sub par. I paid the full amount but didn't tip. I told the woman who books appointments he did a terrible job. She said to ask for a woman next time. I told her I won't be back. So glad there are plenty of other nail salons in Janesville!

I have been a customer for more than 17 years. They are the best, they keep things fresh by updating their techniques as well as the decor in the salon. Color and style choices are endless. You will not be sorry if you decide to give this salon a visit.

I am hoping to spare someone else the mistreatment and waste of money I witnessed today. I will NEVER go back to NAIL PERFECTION @ 3000 Milton Ave in Janesville . While I was getting a pedicure a girl came in unhappy with her nails that she had done that same day and the OWNER called her stupid and yelled at her and told her to go somewhere else to have her nails fixed. They were so nasty to her that they made her cry. I stood up for the girl and said that's not how you handle an unhappy customer. You don't treat people like that and I don't want to do business with you if this is how you treat your customers. The OWNER then got within inches of my face telling me f*** you and get out. They hardly let me put my shoes back on. The male then proceeded to follow me with a phone as I was leaving to record me. To which I told him, unlike you I'm an adult. I'm not going to do anything worth recording. The girls nails were definitely cracked and they wouldn't even fix them. I left a review and so did the other customer. They deleted both reviews from their Facebook page and blocked me.

Went two weeks ago to get a manicure with gel polish and it was just an okay manicure. Seemed very rushed and the polish got all over my skin and was left there instead of cleaning it up. My gel polish started chipping after just one week. Went back yesterday to try again at another gel polish manicure hoping that maybe they were just having a bad day but this manicure was even worse! I asked for round nail shape and got square. Asked again if she could make them more round and she threw my hands out of the way to grab her file again. My polish also looks like a 6 year old painted my nails. Will not return.
