Upon arrival today, I am informed that my stylist Laura, the salon owner was not there for my scheduled appointment, that she is out of the state. No record of call, text or email. I did receive the appointment confirmation yesterday via text and email so my contact information was correct. How does the owner of a salon forget a clients appointment scheduled two months out. Her staff felt zero remorse that I drove 3 hours round trip to be dismissed and ignored. People should not be treated as second class citizens and that is exactly what Laura and her Salon on Middle did to a loyal customer. Should be ashamed of themselves.
Josh has done it yet again, and pampered me like a queen. I told him to have fun and do what he thinks I would like, making sure of course that He had my requests in mind. He kills it every time I go in, very kind, friendly and ready to experiment. Next time, we'll be going a little crazy with the hairdo.

Hands down, best style Ever. I'm new to the area and took a chance on her salon...She took her time and gave me a Fabulous Balayage style-the best I've had in over 20 years of having my hair styled and was very pleasant company.

The team at this salon are all wonderful. I made an appointment online with Laura the day before since my hair was needing help bad! Laura was so helpful, fun, cool to talk to and did a great job with my haircut. Would definitely recommend!
Still, the best salon in town! I have my appointments booked out until the end of 2023. I couldn't recommend The Salon on Middle more. My hair is always perfect, when I leave. If Laura is ever running behind even by 10 minutes she'll let me know hours in advance. The salon is my place to sit, relax, shoot the bull and it's always a day I look forward to every month. Love all of you guys!
