Do they sterilize their tools?
I have never had a bad experience but worry about getting an infection from dirty tools. The nail techs are great and always do a good job. $40 for a pedi.

I use to always come to lee's, for a few years now......but I officially switched to another local mail salon. The last 2 pedicures I had from here where horrible, I thought well maybe they can at least get my eye brows right...nope waited while staff just sat around. At least communicate what the hold up is before leaving me there. I'm officially done.
This was my first visit because the place I usually go was closed. The establishment is beautiful and comfortable. The employees seemed a little rude. I ignored that. I didn't go there to make friends. I went for a pedicure. The person doing my toes was very rough. She cut to much of my cuticle. I stopped her from cutting because I wanted to leave with the same ten toes I came in with. Once the girl was done with my feet, she started on another lady beside me. It wasn't long before I heard her yelling because the girl was cutting her too. The lady screamed on two different occasions. I knew then that it wasn't just me. I have no plans to return.
I usually go here but the last two times it was a person who is not getting any services just hanging out same person both times I believe. Talking on the phone the entire time on speaker... This is very distracting and when I get a Mani/pedi I want to relax enjoy the experience... The first time I let it go; but this time the lady wasn't even halfway done and told her I was leaving. I gave her a 20 and left will not be back.
