Focus Nails & Pedicures in New Bern, NC

Came here for the first time for a walk-in gel pedicure and gel x manicure on a Friday at 11am. They were really busy with appointments and 9 nail techs working, but they were able to fit me in for both mani and pedi and they didn't rush it, they were still really thorough with cuticles, exfoliating, etc. and did a phenomenal job. i'd definitely come here again and highly recommend!

The pedicures are great here. But be careful who you get for your nails... immediately had to go get them fixed after I left. I asked her to make them thinner before the gel so I can only imagine what it would've looked like. It's too expensive to be leaving like this

I moved here at the end of last year and needed a new nail salon to go to. I found this one and they never disappoint! I've had different people do my manicures and pedicures and they always listen to exactly what I want or check out whatever photo inspiration I bring to them and they make it happen. I don't think I've ever seen any of them be rude or nasty to customer it's very relaxing to be. And the employees and consistently educating people of different styles or techniques or different things that may work for them. Especially when they come in with a messed up nail job from somewhere else typically they will explain what went wrong how they can prevent it and they will fix it for them. I try to make my appts ahead of time just due to my schedule but in the times that I've done walk in i was able to get right in or just a short wait.
I wouldn't recommend going close to closing time because clearly mani and pedi take time I do believe they have a sign when they stop taking walk-Ins though.

Best nail salon in town.  Consistent and friendly.

If you have a bad experience here it's on you - the staff here work their asses off, fix mistakes that aren't theirs, and educate their clients on nail health and care.  

If you communicate what you want and are a decent human being, they will literally bend over backwards to take care of you.

I ALWAYS get complimented on my nails when I go and refer them to any one I can

I won't go anywhere else

Went there for a last girl's night out with my friend before she moves.  Got seated and a lady started working on my feet. She didn't ask what pedicure I wanted and spent about 2 minutes massaging my legs and feet.  Slapped on the towel and got to painting my toes.  She was done before the next person even started on my friend.  The lady didn't say anything to me or talk to me about anything.  She spoke very good English so I know there wasn't a language barrier.  This was definitely not the spa experience I wanted with my friend.
