Thomas and Tiffany colored and cut my hair a few months back. They were both so sweet to me and they did a fantastic job! Tiffany went above and beyond when styling my hair. She curled it with a flat iron and then taught me how to curl it so I could do it on my own! Definitely the best salon experience I've ever had!! My hair color that Thomas did turned out better than I could have asked for and the cut that Tiffany recommended was awesome! She wanted to cut off a little bit more of my hair so that it could grow back healthy and now that it's grown back a little she was so right, my hair looks healthier and is stronger than normal. Thanks guys!!!
I'm writing this review on behalf of my fiance, who has had many issues here. On her first visit she wanted a T&G haircut ($75) and partial highlights ($55). She wound up having to have it recut and highlights adjusted (by the same person) a few days after it was done. On the second visit for just a haircut (new stylist) she asked to have it like a T&G cut, but the stylist did not know and wound up getting another stylist to show her. For the third appointment for a haircut & partial highlights, booked with a different stylist who knew T&G cuts, but she doesn't do highlights, so booked the first stylist for highlights. The cut was scheduled for 6 PM and the partial highlights were scheduled for 5 PM (trying not to leave work early). So this afternoon she had me call (at 4:45 PM) to let them know she would be there at 5 PM but I was told both appointments had been cancelled for no-show. Looking back at the chain of texts from the salon (which she did not see until today) and from the cut stylist, hopefully you can see mass confusion from them (keep in mind we only called and spoke to each stylist once on 6-18, so why multiple changes without anybody calling is beyond us): 6-18-2016 @ 1:00 PM - Cut scheduled for 6-22 @ 6 PM 6-18-2016 @ 1:14 PM - Partial Highlights scheduled for 6-22 @ 4 PM (error s/h/b 5PM) 6-18-2016 @ 1:15 PM - Cut rescheduled for 6-22 @ 5 PM 6-18-2016 @ 1:16 PM - Partial Highlights rescheduled for 6-22 @ 5 PM 6-21-2016 @ 4:17 PM - Stylist texts to see if Partial Highlights can be moved to 4:30 PM 6-21-2016 @ 4:18 PM - Partial Highlights rescheduled for 6-22 @ 4:30 PM 6-21-2016 @ 4:35 PM - Partial Highlights rescheduled for 6-22 @ 4:30 PM 6-21-2016 @ 4:48 PM - Replied to stylist will be there 5 PM for Highlights, 6 PM for Cut To us, appears stylist changed the highlights on her own before we replied. Based on all these changes, we are still puzzled how they expected to do Highlights at 4:30 PM and a Cut at 5 PM (this is based on their own texts above). I talked to the owner as to why both appointments were cancelled (she was 2 minutes away from the salon at 4:57 PM) - apparently they canceled everything without even calling her. I let the owner know that she was disappointed and would just find another salon. The tone and attitude of his reply suggested he really did not care if they lost a customer.
Beautiful salon on the bricks of Camp Bowie Blvd. You will never find a more helpful, fun, friendly and professional salon staff in this city.
