I have to state that Ladosha Wright , which is the owner, is a color guru! When I arrived I was 2 different shades of blonde, from golden to platinum tips, with the intentions to go back to my original black hair color. By the time I left she had given me the most beautiful copper red I have ever seen that not only complimented my hair texture but skin tone as well. I also received a deep scalp treatment to start the repair of my scalp from the harsh blonde coloring along with being washed and conditioned with her own self created hair care line that promotes healthy hair. The overall vibe in the salon is always a dynamic experience every time I go from the music, various conversations and continuous education and tips on how to maintain your color and beautiful tresses until your next visit. Bottom line if you want a color that turns heads on a beautiful head of healthy flowing hair, Ladosha Wright at the Reverence Design Team Hair Salon is definitely the place to go.

My my my! What a blessing these 2 visits have been. I recently began going to the RDT and have not stopped thanking the Lord for Him leading me to this salon!! It has been an answer to my prayers. During my first visit, LaDosha did a hair analysis, and educated me about my hair, as well as hair in general. I was impressed by her knowledge, and moved by her passion for healthy hair. I also had a treatment done. My second visit was scheduled 2 days before a 50th birthday celebration that I was attending (BTW, when I called to request an appt, LaDosha was booked, but she squeezed me in and worked me around her customers that were already scheduled). Allow me to emphasize that this was on a Saturday. Yup, a Saturday, the busiest hair day of the week, right? Right. My appt was for 11am. She said that I should be out by 1pm, and that I was! Talking about not being at the salon allllll day! You go girl! She pressed my hair and IT LOOKED TOO GOOD!! If you'd seen a before and after picture of me, you would have been like OMG, is that the same person? She did an absolutely EXCELLENT job, and guess what? This is the best part: She did not burn me NOT ONE TIME!!!! I don't know about you, but I have never had my hair pressed or flat ironed without being burned. The girl is GOOD y'all, I'm telling you! Make it your business to go check her out. You will not be disappointed. The salon is clean, for those of you like me, who are still COVID conscious. The prices are reasonable, and well worth the service that you receive. If you're not convinced to give this salon a try, then you're missing out. I believe in giving flowers to people while they can smell them, so THANK YOU LaDosha for ending my search regarding where to get my hair done. I need look no further.

Let's talk about customer service. The Reverence Design Team provides exceptional customer service. I inquired about a hair appointment online and received a return phone call from Shan in a few hours. I was immediately scheduled for the next day. When I arrived they were kind and did a good job on my hair.

I called for a same day appointment on a Friday and to my surprise I was able to get one. I'm not 100% sure there is parking in the back, so I parked on a side street. The building is on the main road. My stylist was LaDosha. She provided great service. She walked me through each step in the process. She explained the products used in each phase. The condition of my hair was assessed. I appreciate this, as many salons will take your money and do not discuss ways to achieve healthy hair. If you do nothing else, go for the hair dryer. It was the fastest drying time I've ever experience. I was handed a mirror to see it unfold. Curly to straight in seconds. The prices are reasonable for the stylist's experience and service. My hair was extremely silky soft and the style lasted for days. I appreciate the new client paperwork that asks for your hair goals, allergies and overall feelings about your hair. The music played that day was uptempo and boosted my mood from a long work week. This is a tipping salon. Tips are appreciated. I look forward to returning for regular maintenance.

Ladosha is a wonderful stylist and has tons of experience & great advice for maintaining healthly hair. She is very fast and usually respectful of your time. During my last appointment she was extremely critical of my hair because I had it in a ponytail for the summer and hadn't taken the best care of it. She went on and on about it to the point of embarrassment. A rinse, trim & flat iron took more than 2 hours because she was so hell bent on analyzing the horrible condition of my hair. I shared my experience with my mom & she said Ladosha was also critical of her hair which is upsetting because she has a medical condition. I go to the salon to relax and be pampered, not be talked to death. I welcome feedback on my hair because I want it to be healthy but Ladosha has to be mindful of customers' feelings and try to be more constructive and less critical with her delivery. I would recommend this salon if this behavior is corrected but I won't go back to her, I'd go to Spritz instead because he's amazing as well.
