I paid for a spa service for a message for my daughter who is an RN and works two jobs to relax and enjoy herself for her birthday. they promised a welcome bag for being a new client. she did not receive it. I called to informed them of this and was put on the phone with the manager. I then explained my complaint and he went into a rage and called me a MF mother f@@@"cause I asked him his name and then said his name was MF Alex. please be aware of receiving any service from this spa. because if you make a complaint they will be unprofessional . I also placed a final complaint with the police department

Thank you to my fabulous massage therapist, Angie for the wonderful massage and conversation! I am glad that I found this hidden gem via Yelp as I never would have driven past it in its unassuming location. I am dealing with low back and upper thigh pain (I can't seem to remember to stretch before my daily jogs and am paying the price!) and needed some temporary relief so I booked a 50 minute warm stone massage session about a month beforehand which cost me $95. This pricing seems to be within range of what I would expect nowadays. Overall, the stone concept was fun but, next time, I would like to try the Sports Massage as I think that would be exactly what I need for my aging body. I am happy that I got to try a Warm Stone massage for the first time and see what the fuss is all about though! After my massage, I was gifted a little goodie bag as a first time visitor and was shown around the speakeasy next door, which has a gorgeously decorated, cozy vibe. I did not order any of the drinks so I cannot judge on that element. I plan to book another appointment soon!

I went for a basic pedicure. The "Master Technician" drew blood and I got an infection. I'm not going back.

Well,, I live adjacent to the spa and have been watching the business prosper for some years, I had spoken with the owner in the past asked a few questions about the business during my AM walks with my pup and could tell he had a good spirit, and he was very welcoming. So, I decided to give them a try and my first appointment with Chariah made me fell confident I had made the right decision to become a Quintanas patron. I love the atmosphere, the group of ladies he has working there are genuinely nice, and like their jobs. I always feel welcome and cared for. Chariah is my person from the first visit till now she takes care of me and knows her craft and I appreciate her for what she does!! I love it there and even met my spa friend from there, we meet up and make it a girls afternoon hence the cocktails are the BEST!! Keep up the great job Quintanas and you'll have me for life!! ‍
