Not only did myself and all my bridesmaids get beautiful hairstyling, the plan went above and beyond opening on a day they are normally closed, letting us take over, order breakfast catering AND allow my friend to do makeup. This place is amazing and I know if I lived in Holyoke it would be my go to hair salon.
Every single thing about this salon is perfect. From the incredible layout and aesthetic to the customer service and overall quality of the services I received (end-sealing treatment and cut; I did a NUMBER on my head with hair dye at home) I simply can't say enough positive things about my experience at The Plan. Eliza was so warm and made me feel completely at home! I was NOT feeling well at all, my hair was breaking off in clumps, and my head felt like a hay bale. I left with the CUTEST cut and silky smooth locks thanks to this bastion of hair wizardry. Thank you, thank you, a million time thank you!!!
The Plan is a lovely state of the art salon which is eco friendly in a beautifully renovated factory in Holyoke. I loved the experience, their products and my cut by Nina. She knew how to cut my curly hair.
