The ower cut my hair. It was much shorter than the picture I showed her. It was uneven in the back. Would not go again.
Made an appointment here based on reviews, and did not disappoint. Had way overgrown hair, and Carrie gave me highlights and a cut, and did my eyebrows. No complaints on anything, and I'm suuuuper picky. The highlights were not as light as I had originally wanted, but they came out beautiful anyway. Carrie has a very soft hand, no pulling or snagging, and is just very gentle and thorough. Will be returning.
Katie is great. She did a purple balayage for me and I've gotten tons of compliments on it. She's very professional and friendly. The salon is nice and clean. They offer coffee, tea, or water while you're there as well.
While visiting family I desperately needed to fix my hair after a previous stylist did a complete hack job. Katie at hair changes was amazing. First of all she listens!! Go figure! We talked about what I wanted and she did exactly that. She makes you feel very comfortable and we talked my whole service. If you want a stylist that listens, and has true talent with hair, Katie is the one!!!
Came here to get my hair done for a 1920s themed party. They did the perfect waves at a great price. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease trying a new place. I highly recommend this salon!
