worst experience ever! I got charged $75 for a blowout! then when I asked about the price the manager had a smug look on his face and was very rude to me and my mom definitely don't recommend

I just bought $200 worth of perfumes from another store, do you think I would steal your $80 trash, smh !!! Discrimination, God will purge soon!!!!

My go to!!! Can't go wrong at this location!!!! Staff is incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Being in the makeup industry myself I have to say I was super impressed with their products and knowledge of them.

I'm typically a Sephora girl but have been to this Ulta (and only this Ulta) the past 3 times I've needed to re-up on beauty goods simply because I don't want to deal with mall parking. That said, the employees are cool, if not aloof, until they ring you up and try to get your phone number. When you say "no", their attitudes turn for the worse and then they threaten, "if you don't give us your number, you won't be able to make Returns!" It's happened each time I've been in and with different employees. So much so that today I reached out to corporate who sent me the following message: "So sorry you had this experience, (my name)! While our rewards accounts make it easier to shop and complete returns, you're not required to provide this information to purchase with us. As long as you have the receipt, you can complete the return." All that to say, the employees here are lying creeps. Do not give out your protected, personal information to ANY corporate entity "just because" (all they do is resell your info, spam you, then target you with products). Your Transaction with this store begins and ends with you paying money for the products they sell. DO NOT give your name/number/DOB,etc just because some weird manager has convinced a bunch of 20 year old girls to manipulate you into it. This is NOT Ulta's corporate policy. I will be reporting this store to the BBB and have already requested that cooperate check in on the managers here to reiterate their problematic and bizarre lies about (fake) policies. If they weren't using your info for sinister reasons, they wouldn't feel the need to lie and go against official policy. It's creepy. Stick with Sephora. They execute the concept of a beauty store much better and aren't shady. I will never shop here again.

I have given this Ulta multiple chances and each time I leave disappointed. A month or two ago I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and left with two totally different eye brow shapes. I've come on multiple other occasions to simply pick up a foundation or a certain shampoo the store carries and have found the products have not been restocked for weeks! Not only are items not restocked but the shelves and store always looks messy. Today I came in and was hoping to get my eyebrows waxed. I've come at other times on a walk in basis with no issue. I was willing to give the company and cosmetologist another try to get my eyebrows waxed. I was turned away stating she did not have time for me while standing at the counter essentially not doing anything for the remainder of the time I was in the store (20 minutes or so). By the time she was done not doing anything I could have gotten by brows done. I've been to other Ulta's and have never had any problems. I will not be coming back to this Ulta going forward.
