The Lash Lounge Las Vegas Rainbow South in Las Vegas, NV

Today was my first day here. Very nice and welcoming.  My lash tech Larissa rocks!!!! She was professional and she knew what would work for me. My lashes and my brow tint look great!!!! Can't wait to go back. So if u are looking for a lash spot this is the place!!!!!!

Underwhelmed with the lash lift and tint I had done here. Not Vegas glam. Save your money and don't go here.

I came here to get a lash fill in hopes of finding a new salon to start going to in my neighborhood but was extremely disappointed by the Customer service of the manager Amanda and how my service went. I was excited originally because Lash Lounge is a large company that I thought would honor good business ethics and treat customers with kindness, honestly, and respect but today I learned I was wrong. I paid $129 for a volume fill which is on the pricey side but I don't mind getting what is needed to have quality lashes on. I was asked what style and thinkness in diameter and length I preferred on paper and with the artist. We agreed on it then once finished I was told the style I wanted was not in stock so I woke up from my lash nap with a style I did not intend to have. I told my artist Haile I believe it was different than I kind of wanted but it was ok. She insisted on getting Amanda the manager. Before Amanda I was asked to explain what went wrong to a Artist and receptionist then I was asked to start over and re explain to amanda once she arrived in the lobby. Amanda was not nice and a very mean girl mentality kind of person. My whole service was quiet and I was sleeping but Amanda told me "I was listening to your whole service" when I got to the front. That was really bizarre to say? She tried to gas light me into thinking I didn't ask for what I wanted but it was on paper and refused to grab the paper when the lady assisting tried to give it to her. I told Amanda I signed on paper what I wanted as well as the artist and we agreed but was told they can't do it until after I was finished. Amanda told me she could see the areas of my eyes still missing spots but to "help me out a bit" I could pay $75 more for 30 minutes. She was aggressive & crossing her arms shaking her head at me like a child it was not ok and basically told me I was wrong for wanting a particular style and that they will do what they think is best not what I think. She expressed That she is the trainer and manager and basically how things were handled is how things are done at Lash Lounge. I was shocked no apology or anything. Mind you I paid extra for a master as well as paid extra for being a new client plus the fill price. The better way to handle something like this is to be honest on what you can and can not do for the client and create a game plan that works so the client is happy before starting so there's a clear understanding and the artist is doing what she genuinely can only do. Also my artist complained about never having a break which is against labor laws. Maybe she was over worked. I told amanda I was disappointed and she laughed. I'm not sure what's going on here but this salon was a huge disappointment. Be honest with your clients and you don't have specific lashes in stock say that instead of misleading clients and most important be kind to people. Below I've attached the notifications of my booking and the way Amanda tried to get more money out of me for something can could have taken a short time to fix. I hope the owners can coach her into better communication and business skills because a team is only as strong as the leader and a bad leader can ruin a business.

My experience was not a good one. First of all I've only had a lash lift twice. First time was OK. Second time the girl over curled my lashes they looked fried and were curled all the way to back to my eyelashes like the eyelid I had my make up done by makeup artist for my birthday. She couldn't even get eyelash strips on me. I couldn't put eyelash strips on myself. I couldn't put mascara on because the mascara would touch the my eyelid.
I was promised for my next visit that I would get 50% off because of this mistake. I went back there today for my scheduled appointment. I was two minutes late and they wouldn't see me. They said they have a 10 minute late policy which I wasn't aware of, but I was late 12 minutes because of traffic. The receptionist was very rude and said she would have to charge me 20% of the service fee and when I was explaining to her that I was not happy with my last service and I was not that late she rolled her eyes and had a rude attitude. I won't be going back.

elizabeth was so kind and patient and let me talk her ear off the whole time lol, she also gave me beautiful whispy lashes that are super full and I couldn't be happier. definitely going back.
