First of all it was hard to reach them by phone to make appointment. When my phone was finally answered they said they will charge me twice more than I pay though Groupon only because I have tick hair.
I had to cancel my Groupon purchase and booked it with another salon.
I had a haircut with Pam. I asked for a Bob. She asked if I wanted it cut in layers, I said no, cut it the same length, but she ended up cutting it layered anyway!
Not a very customer friendly place. Asked to have my hair trimmed no more than an inch. About 4 inches were cut and I was also given layers when I did not ask for any.
I walked in and put my name on the list. The lady nicely said I was going to be next. After 8 or 10 minutes someone walks-in and sits in one of the barber chairs then proceeds to talk with one of the lady's I don't know who that client was but doesn't waits and they start having a conversation with him. I just Ignore it. And proceeded to wait I noticed the lady who greeted me was sitting in the check-in area snacking which it didn't really bother me I did had to pick a friend up but still had plenty of time anyways this is when I got pretty thirsty and I got up to tell the lady that I was gonna go to the near by store which is the chevron gas station to buy a Powerade but before I could udder those words in a weird and uncomfortable way she looked at me with a pissed off look saying "SIR, I SAID WE WOULD BE RIGHT WITH YOU." I immediately said I'll be back later. In my head thinking never after all that rudeness but I said in a calm way I'll be back tomorrow and she said that would work best. I took those words with such disrespect so I'm just gonna stick to my barbershop. It sucks cause I was looking for another haircut place just Incase my regular barbershop was too busy. In a day much needed for a haircut like how this particular day was. Anyways I've learn my lesson on going there & I'm never going back the search continues.
