Jenny is amazing! She definitely knows what lash style is best for her clients. I wish I went to Jenny sooner. Before her, I've gone to other lash techs that never took the time to find the appropriate lash style for me. Jenny was the first to explain each style and how it would look on me. She is very accommodating and strives for your desired style appropriate for each eye shape. Jenny is super sweet, patient and caring to all her clients! I specifically love that she uses a lash glue that is safe for clients with sensitive skin like me. I am always satisfied walking out with fresh lashes! Now, I don't trust anyone else with my lashes except Jenny. I highly recommend her!

This review is long overdue! I've been seeing Jenny for over a year now. Before seeing Jenny, I used lash strips daily and started having allergic reactions to the glue I was using. Due to this, I was hesitant to try lash extensions and expressed my concerns to Jenny. She was so understanding and told me if there were any issues, I could come back to get them removed. Thankfully, I had NO reactions and have seen her regularly every two weeks! She is an expert at her craft, with years of experience, and I highly recommend seeing her! She is so kind, and I enjoy our conversations at every appointment. The Lash Loft is now in the newly developed area, Ho'opili, and there's lots of parking!

It was probably the glue used but lashes were gone in about a week. Fallout was immediate. Didn't go back for a retouch because it would have been full price again. However, they looked great initially. Photo is from same day

Awesome work!

As I been looking for quite awhile for a lash tech that was able to do a cat eye with mix of wispy.

After searching almost over 20 lash tech, I came across Jenny's work.

I texted to confirm if she was able to do this lash look, she replied that she could, and so I booked my appointment.

Love her room area, really nice, clean, privacy, and soothing, and outcome was excellent, as she executed what I been longing for.
