Supercuts in Ewa Beach, HI

Couple weeks on a Sunday. I needed a quick cut. Normally I go to town but I was not feeling driving and saw that Supercuts was really close by. When I went in Derick greeted me and quickly got me in a chair. He did a fantastic job on the cut and he was quick.
Definitely will be back!

One thing, I wish we can make an appointment way in advance. There is only same day appointments.

One star for this place is being generous. We made an 11am appointment for my bf's son. Got there 10:40am waited while they cut everyone's hair even with people who came in after us. When asked their response was "his appointment was at 10:45, after one of us is done we will take you" (as if we just walked in) and the guy walked in around 11:20am they all seem to know him, no apologies whatsoever. Never ever had to wait an hour to get a haircut! Funny how they didn't tell us they were behind on the phone or when we got here so we could have gone elsewhere!!

I am traumatized after my visit to this salon. Took my 3 year old here and the stylist shaved off my sons beautiful curls after I specifically said not to. She did not listen, and buzzed my sons entire head leaving patches of hair longer than others. DO NOT take your child here if you care about keeping your babies hair. I will never be back again, after being a long time customer I think I could give a better haircut. The stylist clearly knows nothing about mothers, who would ignore a mothers request?

This place is ridiculous.  Had appt at 12pm for 4 of us.  Sitting here and still waiting.  People coming in after us and going in without appts (I think because I took the appt slots when I called in).  First appt was 30 minutes behind.  No apology until I questioned why the long wait.  If they were running behind, it would of been beneficial to know before I came or once I checked it which was 15 minutes early prior to my 12pm first appt. All workers cared more about talking to each other then getting their job done.  I been coming here for over 20 years and bringing my kids the last 5 years.  Never again im coming here if im going to be treated like this.

Now its 1:06pm and im skipped.  My 2 kids appt at 12:30 just started and you would think since im 1:00pm but the guy after me goes before me.  If I didnt need a haircut and already wasted my time already I would walk and bitch these people out.  They still just talking to other customers and each other as there is no sense of urgency.

Out of there finally. 2 hours later.  The plus side to all of this was the stylist I had was very friendly and did a gret job.
