Hairology Studio in Ewa Beach, HI

My first visit here was that someone recommended hairstylist Heather, and she did not disappoint me.  I brought in two pictures of how I wanted my hair to look like, and she listened to my request.  She took great care of styling my hair, and after blow drying it, Heather checked it again and made necessary  adjustments. At last, I got a decent haircut.  She listened and made it happen, thank you!  Oh, I forgot to mention it's a cute setup, clean and inviting.

I was happy to reunite with my stylist Desmond. He is a highly recommended stylist and colorist who knows his job well! I love how my hair looks and feels after he cuts it. Definitely recommend this place to those who live in Kapolei/Ewa Beach area.

I hate this place they damaged my hair after just getting blond highlights but hair was badly dry and damaged for a whole year I finally got all the blond out and I had to go see a speacialist to help grow my hair back cause my hair was falling off from their bad chemicals do t go here stay away my hair was done my ash

I'm not a "Yelper" but felt compelled to share my experiences with Heather.

From the beginning, she was upfront and honest about her services (time taken into consideration, what to expect, aftercare and upkeep, etc.)   as well as charges for those services. She is thorough and doesn't rush her work, which I expect at a salon of this caliber. Her attention to detail has been pristine-- if there is a hiccup she is the first to notice and remedy it. She absolutely made sure I was satisfied before ever leaving the chair.

Heather is a trained, skilled, and knowledgeable professional. Her prices reflect one who knows their worth and the costs of doing business in this industry, on this island.

I will be returning & recommending her to anyone on O'ahu seeking a hairstylist.

They are not a reputable place to go for service. I had an appointment with a stylist and she "forgot" to add me on her books and mixed me up with another client... after waiting to have her get to the salami, I said I want my current haulage roots touched up and less copper blonde with the use of toner. She confirmed and continued the service. After she had all the products on and she informs me that my total will be 156. I was like wait what... why when your website says something else . This is not acceptable. Not at all. She said yes I know and the owner is aware but that the problem is with the website. I said I would not have gone there for the crazy increase in price. Online root 65 in store 85. Toner 40 in store 71. Why is jump??? I got nothing in response be sides she is aware.,
Finally my hair now looks like high and low lights without a balayage and I'm out a lot more money. Owner does not care and refused to fix the color problem or refund any money. Horrible service
