Staff are rude! They were not even apologetic for not being able to accommodate my APPOINTMENT. Never going back. Rate a 0

Couple weeks on a Sunday. I needed a quick cut. Normally I go to town but I was not feeling driving and saw that Supercuts was really close by. When I went in Derick greeted me and quickly got me in a chair. He did a fantastic job on the cut and he was quick.
Definitely will be back!

One thing, I wish we can make an appointment way in advance. There is only same day appointments.

Worst Supercuts I have ever been to.  Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful staff.  I would rate this shop a zero.  I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

the lady didnt pay attention to how i want my hair to be cut .i told her just a little layer on the bottom of my hair.(she could have said something to me if thats impossible then she could have suggested or say something)But she just went cut and cut too high for layering.she cut so
much i wanted to cry when i got in my car.she ask me if that is what i mean for "layered"i couldnt look at her and just i pay and left .I didnt want her to do any repair coz then she will make my hair even shorter when all i wanted was just a little layer so my hair doesnt look very plain and no shape.I couldnt put my hair down until now maybe not for a while
i had to put tiny clips and tie my hair
so that i dont see my hair cut like that .

Worse experience so far.

2 ladies worked on my hair and one on my nephews hair.

2nd lady who cut my nephews hair did an OK job but left so much cut hair on his entire neck and shirt. Literally more than 100. I had to clean it up myself.

Second lady that helped me wore several gold bracelets with long charms. When washing my hair-bracelet was not only touching my face but water was dripping on my face to include my nose and mouth. She noticed me squirming and uncomfortable, said "oh. sorry" but still did not bother and continued.

The color for the hair was pass my hairline since they did not bother putting any protection or barrier on my skin or even eyes. There was a lot of brown colored "stains" on my forehead but she did try to remove it when washing my hair.
So I thought it was taken care of. It wasn't-my daughter and nephew pointed it out when we left and I immediately went back and asked to fix it.

Majority of the stains was removed but now after 1 day my skin is still red, irritated, and feels like it has a "rug burn" on both sides of my temporal area.

This place is UNSAFE, UNSANITARY, and SERVICE IS POOR.

Some suggestions for better services.

1. Don't wear bangles or jewelry that transfers water to clients face. If unable to do this-cover and protect clients face.

2. Use a standard skin barrier/protector when coloring clients hair. Hair color/chemicals should not extend to skin. Imagine if chemicals dripped to clients eyes-if this stained the skin, this can possibly cause eye injuries.

3. Don't hide color stains with clients hair-either try to remove this or be honest about the situation.

4. When done with clients hair try to remove loose cut hair once it's done. Leaving cut hair all over the front neck, back neck and tshirt shows the quality of service.
