The Evelyn Kershaw Salon in Plano, TX

This is the worst salon ever. They have an experienced people working on your hair who do not know what they are doing. I asked for my hair to be lightened as it was a dark brown, and my beauty advisor bleached my hair to make it orange. I went back for her to correct it, and she completely damaged my hair. Then she proceeded to cut my hair unevenly, and it looked like shit. they will take your money, even if you call and complain, and they will not return your phone call. Do not, do not go to the salon ever.

I had my hair cut by Daisy yesterday. She is very nice and did a really great job with my hair.

I loved my experience at this salon with alondra!! She was so awesome at working with extensions and she is fast but detail oriented!! She is also great at blowouts and styling hair. Could not be happier and becoming a regular here

I showed up at 8:30 am for hair styling. My stylist curled my hair and brushed it out. She informed me it didn't look right and that she'd called someone to come in. Around 11:30 someone came in to help. I told them I hadn't planned on being there much longer and I was told that next time I need to come in sooner... I came in at 8:35 am!!! Then I get told my hair is too thick and heavy. They used heat rollers and then brush out the curls again. I left at 1:44 at which point the stylist tells me I didn't have curls in my hair and proceeded to charge me. I paid and tipped her generously but what bothers me isn't the money I had to paid for a job not done but that I was being blamed for it... I came in a week before my appointment and scheduled in person, showed what I wanted and ask if they could do it! They told me yes. It just seems really unfair that I had such a special day ruined and didn't get an apology.
