Tim Jon Salon in Plano, TX

On the recommendation of a coworker, another coworker and I just went to Tim Jon Salon for the first time. To say I was pleased is an understatement. This salon is amazing and I am only sorry that I didn't come here sooner. We were warmly greeted on arrival and didn't have to wait long at all. Both Tim and Bang were so friendly, as were the others who waited on us...service with a smile! They listened to what we wanted for hairstyles, offered some great suggestions and the end results were terrific! Everyone here really knew their skills and even though this was our first experience here, we both felt like long time customers by the time we left. I am so very happy with my cut and color and will definitely return here for all my future hair care needs.

Tim Jon Salon , to me, is the best salon in Plano. I have been to a few others , as comparators, including Toni & Guy and the atmosphere and the skill set of Tim and Bang ( the owners, ) and their professionalism stands above the pack. Beside making you look your very best, using the highest quality products, Tim and his wife Bang give you a fantastic customer experience! You will be delighted with the way you look and the vibe of their salon.

Went to this salon because they said they where color experts. The stylist totally ruined my color! I left with yellow/orange hair. Worst color I have ever had plus they ruined my hair.

I saw the sign, so I came in to ask about pricing, for dying my buzz cut hair... baby pink. It's a two-process dye job, due to my natural color being dark brown. I walked into the place, which only had one customer. I said, "Hi there," to the lady and gentleman standing by the customer. The lady turn around and looked at me very oddly, cocking her head to one side, but didn't say hello or anything. (Like she couldn't figure out why I was there.) I remarked (out loud) that she must be thinking why is this lady here? The gentleman then said, "it must be for a perm!" Then laughed at what he thought was a very funny joke. The lady walked to the counter where I was standing and still hadn't greeted me, despite looking at me quizzically the entire time. I then said, "Actually I came in to ask about getting it dyed pink, but no... Nevermind. I think I will go somewhere else." They don't know my situation... I cut my hair off after a bad dye professional dye job. But my Mom lost her hair three times to Cancer. Maybe be a little more understanding and act as if you want customers to walk into your business! Ugh! Rude people are the worst!!!
