I love this salon! Everyone is super friendly! And I always leave satisfied with the color, cut, and style. If you live near Linglestown, this is the place to go!
This is the best salon. The owners are wonderful! They will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Amy is my stylist and she is the best! It is such a down to earth relaxing salon. And they aren't out to gauge your wallet either. All of them are so nice. From the moment you call until you leave it is the best experience. Now that I found them I'm not ever going anywhere else!
Do not go to this place ever. The stylist had no idea how to make layers and she chopped off my hair and it looks horrendous. Now I have to make it bob. For a simple haircut it is pricey too.
This place is okay. I went to get highlights done and was not at all impressed. The highlights given to me were almost the exact color of my natural hair so you can't even see them unless you look very closely - totally defeating the purpose. The color also only took at the roots which is an issue I've never had before. I feel like I paid $130 to get my hair washed with a basic trim.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a salon. I asked for highlights and my stylist ended up doing a color lift on my roots that I did not ask for. It took 3 hours and my hair was chicken fat yellow. She put high lights over it and my hair looked terrible. I went back a week later to have it fixed. They only had enough time to tone my hair.... Which did not fix the problem. I had to beg for a few low lights because no one, not even the owner had time for me. My scalp itches and burns and I am still very unhappy with my hair. I am going to have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere even though my hair cost over $200 and I was on the chair close to 5 hours. I will never go back to that salon.
