I only called them to find out if they do lashes and the person answering the phone said hello! Who answers a business with hello! Then when I asked if I had reached the salon she said yeah! Huh? No doubt I won't be patronizing this business unless I'm desperate!!!!!

I just had the worst experience in my life at the Asian beauty Shop in the Harrisburg Mall. I never Patronize that business again. They don't appreciate our business.

Very unprofessional. I visited this salon on Wednesday March 8, 2017 to get eyebrow/eyelash services, the female performing the services told me to wait a few minutes while she finished cutting hair on her client, no problem. A few minutes later a couple walked in and sat down waiting for services too, when the beautician finished with her client she took the couple who walked in after me and did not utter a word to me. I was a walk in and if the couple that came in after me had an appointment, she should've stated that when I walked in. They started talking in a language that I did not understand so I politely got up and walked out. They need to take a classes on customer service and hygiene practices too. PS: THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS OR SANITIZE EQUIPMENT

I'm going to write an opposing review to the other posted reviews. I was visiting from out of town and needed a haircut. I was very happy with the cut and the hairdresser was very professional. The price was great and I will definitely come back if I'm ever in town again.
