Walking in the building the place was very cluttered and dirty. I normally have one specific spot that I go to to get my nails done and he wasn't able to fit me in for about a week so I came here after being referred by a friend. My nails would have been cute if she wasn't rushing to get them done. She did a marble design but the acrylic didn't lay properly my nails are uneven and at a slant. I asked to get my my cuticles trimmed before she applied the acrylic. She said it would be $11 to cut my cuticles. I really really liked the woman who did my nails I had great conversations with her and she was totally relatable. I just feel like she rushed and didn't do that great of a job. I'm giving 2.5 stars.
I got pink French tips done and there is literally yellow particles underneath my nail. My nails were done by the owner LUCY. I called and spoke to someone and they tried to say I ate something and it got under my nail and they can "try" to clean it for me. They offered me to come back so they can see if they can clean it but I will never go back. They were unsanitary. Pushing cuticles back with fingers and letting the particles of nail filing go everywhere and not once wiped anything down. I am quite annoyed because I spent $45 dollars on these damn nails and they are just not good at all. I tried to give them a chance because I know I'm a little bit of a protectionist but this is disgusting.
