I got my nails done today and i've never gotten my nails done by this lady. she rushed the whole time , didn't file , made my nails shorter than wanted. my nails are crooked. these nails could have been SO much better. if i ever go back i will never let her do my nails (the lady with the bangs) never again . these nails are horrible
The nail techs are very good, the salon is clean and they are following Covid restrictions. The quality of the nail work was very good and the prices are fair.
I asked for a dip manicure and this is my result just one week after getting them. They barely gave me a manicure, I needed my cuticles cut and she did them AFTER she put the dip on. They were also uneven on the sides and they left the hard excess under my real nails.

I am fairly new to the area. I wanted to find a nearby nail salon that wouldn't be extremely crowded on a Friday. I was driving down Kirby Whitten when I came across TN Nails.
The parking lot only had one vehicle parked so I parked. Inside there was only one customer. I was greeted by a lady behind the nail chair. Then I was asked what service I'd like. I said that I'd like a shellac manicure. She said to pick out a color on the wall. I did see tons of colors on display. At that moment she then walked over to point out the shellac colors. I selected a nude color.
After picking the color, she showed me where to sit and she began the removal of the old polish on my nails. She asked me "how my day was going?" I said really good and then I asked her in return the same. We chatted for a few moments during the service. Like for example: she asked "what did I do earlier before coming to the nail shop?" She seemed friendly and sweet.
I asked what would the cost be for shellac manicure ... she replied $30. I then asked if credit card or cash was preferred she said either is fine.
The service was efficient and quick. She was friendly and sweet. After paying the bill, I tipped her and let her know that I she did a great job. I also said that I'd return again perhaps 3-4 weeks.
