I used to love coming here and getting my nails done. I stopped coming here for awhile and decided to go today. The guy who did my nails today was rough and as if he was disgusted to even do my nails. Then I was charged $35 for a full set and I was so upset I didn't even want my nails painted a clear pink. This is definitely my last time going.

A 10 minute pedicure that was awful and then the gel polish had completely come off one of the toes 3 hours later... when I sat down for my manicure, I asked them to not use the drill on my real nails, but they could use it on top of the dip and they flat out refused until I said I could just go somewhere else. They started to use the block on my nails and continue to tell me how if they don't use the drill it will last 3 days.. I told him I would just go somewhere else for the dip then because I've gone to multiple places who don't use the drill on your natural nail and never have an issue with it lasting 3 days. Then while I was paying for the pedicure, she continued on and on and on about it in a very rude manner.

I have been trying to find a nail salon close to my house and this one was right around the corner. Went in for a pedicure. Let me start off by saying the building smelt like cigarettes (Could have been incense. Im pregnant so some Things smell weird) l looked that over, but as i waited to get a pedi I watched the worker finish up on another customer. Here is what I saw... the worker took off the foam piece (the ones that go in between your toes) threw them back into the drawer to be used again. Then they took a regular can of lysol spray (the surface spray not a cleaner) and sprayed just a little into the bowl, then took out the dirty towels and started to rinse off the tub. The spray didn't even get on all surfaces of the tub and didn't sit long enough to disinfect it. Then the worker got a dirty torn up sponge and started to clean another piece of equipment with just water! Their cleaning practices are absolutely awful. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else and I let them know that their cleaning practices are unacceptable when they chased me out the door. I have had friends get serious infections from nail salons with poor cleaning practices. Im glad I did not take the risk at this place!

This place was fast and affordable! Two things I love. I got a dip mani and I'm so pleased with the outcome. She quoted me $40 and I'm !! Lol I will definitely be returning when I visit Bartlett again. Sooooooo pleased!
