Terrible service..Kevin is No longer there! the owner is terrbile! I got a regular full set and toes polished and they constantly trying to make the amour go up ..so longer story short the owner polished my toenails without the base coat purposelily so I would have to come back beca the polish came right of overnight then when she saw me in the shop the next day having one of her workers to fix it she told the worker I. they language "she shouldve gotten gel, you shouldn't have fixed it" yea NOT GOING BACK
This is one of the only nail shops in Memphis that is able to keep up with trends outside of the market. Yes, there are only a few techs, but they are up front about your wait time when you get there. I am an extremely complicated shopper who is hardly satisfied and Kevin and his staff have been nothing but patient and respectful of my needs. I can genuinely say they will not let you leave unsatisfied and they won't make you feel bad while you're changing your mind 1000x. The pedicure service is just as good as their acrylic service as well. There is never any dead skin left or uneven nails!
The service was nice but I wasn't greeted and the wait was ridiculous and the female nail tech was rude my first and last time going.
While I don't get my nails done here I DO SAVE MY EYEBROW WAXING FOR HERE! They're the BEST and I mean it... Nobody gets my brows as perfect as the young lady who does my brows! She's the blonde with AMAZING style! Been going here for 4.5 years now and wouldn't change for all the tea in China!
I walked in on Saturday night they didn't even say hello . I asked if they had room for one more and he barely addressed me. I stayed because I was desperate but never again. Color selection sucks and they are rude.
