This was my first time at T'hairapy. Christine charged me $15 for "extra time" to dry my admittedly thick hair, but then still left me with wet and frizzy hair when she was "done." She had called me in for the appointment but when I got there said she only had a half hour. I'm not sure whose hair takes only half an hour start to finish (perhaps short haired gals?), but my long hair certainly doesn't. I didn't know about the "extra time" charge until after I left the salon and got my receipt so tipped on top of the entire fee. $73 to walk out with wet, frizzy hair is not my idea of good service. They should be upfront about available time and up-charging. I could have told her a half hour would never have been enough to wash and blow dry my hair. And if you charge for "extra time" then actually take the time to finish the job. I have never had a salon charge me extra to actually get my hair dry.
Got my haircut with Kori, she was absolutely awesome! Great at keeping up a conversation and very nice. Her skills are top notch, showed her a pic of what I wanted and it was SPOT ON! Highly recommend this place. Plus their is a cute boutique inside while you wait or after you're done!
This is seriously the cutest and most welcoming hair salon I've ever been to! She did exactly what I had envisioned and styled it perfectly. So so nice and timely too! Highly recommend T'hairapy, absolutely amazing experience.
First time customer and I brought my 2 kids in for cuts. The salon itself is cute and clean. I was promptly serviced by friendly staff but the cuts were absolutely terrible. My daughters hair was not cut straight at all and my sons hair was not at all what I asked for. The stylist didn't even trim around his ears with the clippers. I had been cutting at home for the last 5 months and I honestly was doing a better job than this trained professional. I'm very disappointed and I will not be returning.
I've only been to T'hairapy two times now and let me just say they did not disappoint! Courtney listened to all of my concerns from my old hair stylist and made my blonde hair look BEAUTIFUL. I will never go to any other salon! T'hairapy's got my thick, curly blonde hair for life. Lol!
