Got a Brazilian wax by Ms. Renee who is the best! So lucky to have an (almost) painless experience. Anyone who gets wax knows there is a sting and this was by far one of my best waxing experiences. Ms. Renee also explained the type of wax she recommends I use moving forward that works for my hair and skin type. I appreciate her so much for the smooth service.
I went to SpaLa La for a correction of a disastrous "highlight" at another high end salon. I got Jamie! She spent a lot of time determining what was best to lift the horrible yellow and repair my hair. I left there feeling fantastic! A fresh cut and blended color that I love and fantastic products too! Jamie is vibrant, kind and makes you feel like a VALUED client! I highly recommend her! Grateful to have found her!
I will never spend another penny at this location and hope no one else wastes their hard earned money. I went in on 6/22 for a pedicure. The experience wasn't the best but I thought at least my toes will look cute. Once I got home and had a closer look I realized it was the worst paint job I have ever had and a 5 year old could have done better. What I mean by this that is was streaked and you could see the different layers. I called the office the next morning and ended up speaking with the manager Renae. She said that they do not offer refunds and that it is posted everywhere but they could give me a new pedicure. I greatly appreciate that however I live almost an hour away. The next time I would be in town would be two weeks out and she had no availability for the time of day I would need. Plus she had no availability for any of the next times I would be in town. Obviously at this point I just want a refund but that won't happen. As such as I have already informed the manager I will make sure to leave a bad review on every platform I can find so that no one else has this issue. Side Note- The manager even admitted that the woman who painted my nails is not good at it. The why do you have her doing nails?!?!?!
Love love love this cute spa! I found it on Instagram and so glad I did,went for nails and wax and I can't wait for my next appointment. The ladies were so fun and my nails look AMAZING!!! Also it's a must to take a selfie next to their glitter wall!!
