appalling-my daughter went in for a simple rainbow design. the nail tech said it was too complicated and belittled her. She caused my daughters nail beds to bleed and the manicure was awful. It was not properly flooded and there were bare spots. I called and demanded her money be returned and the nail tech lied and lied about my daughter being pleased. they demanded she return and have all polished removed before they refunded her money. it was our first and last time there. beware!!!!!
I like this place... they are very accommodating. I bring my mom there for just a nail trimming and they are always kind and gentle with her.
I had a face wax done today. I left with burn marks on my face and my skin was still sticky with leftover wax. To make it even worse there were still patches of unwanted hair that was still there. I won't be back.
Used to love this place, but have been disappointed recently. They are still very clean and attentive to COVID precautions, but the last two mani's I've had were sloppy. Polish was uneven and a gel nail fell off. The pedicures were really rough on my older feet. Kept forcing my hammer toes down and scrubbing too hard. I think they added too many chairs recently and hired inexperienced techs to handle them.
I went back because of my tech.The last pedicure I had, she really hurt me. Dug and dug for ingrown nails. It hurt for days. I found a great new place so I don't ever have to look at Tammy's sour face again. She is so miserable. My new place, the owner greets you with a smile!
