I went there on Saturday, July 10th 2021 for a mani and pedi. I was the first one in the salon that day and don't remember the girls name who did my nails. I usually get them done by Amy. She was nice but she charged me $65 for my mani when I've NEVER paid more than $50 for no matter the length or style. I got a basic French mani. She tried to say the gold line was a extra $3 the shape was a extra $5 when I've never ever been told that. I get the same exact nail design with several different shapes and have only ever paid $50. I could understand if the prices went up, but that wasn't the case. My only other logical thought is that she added her tip in on TOP of the $15 I gave her (which I regret). I'll never go to her again, she's a scammer. Plus my nails lifting after 4 days smh
I made a last minute decision to get my nails done here, I can understand why Hannah gets such good reviews on Yelp. She is really top notch! Am pretty fussy but came away really pleased.
I'm honestly shocked by the bad reviews- I've been coming here for 3 years and I love them! I usually just get a pedicure and I'm always happy with it. For what they do (hot stone massage, calf massage, warm towels around feet/legs) $36 seems so cheap to me! The staff is great too- I always have great conversations with them. Highly recommend!!
Went in for a dip manicure less than a week ago. This was the most horrible service I ever got. They were very unorganized. Another lady started my nails and for whatever reason she then sent me to another nail tech, a man who did a rush job. So much so that there were chips and smudged nail polish which I made him fix only for them to come clean off Sunday night. I had been in Friday evening after work. It is now Tuesday and I have two nails that came clean off for a manicure I paid $45 for!! Worst place ever I wouldn't recommend them to anybody who is used to good quality nail. Update: almost two weeks since I got this manicure and I have 3 nails left that lasted with this dip manicure that anywhere else lasts me more than 3 weeks in perfect condition. Now one nail fell again and you can see from the picture that it looks infected it is obvious they use nasty unclean materials. Somebody should truly report this business to the health department especially during a pandemic being so callous and careless with materials. This is so devastating because I walked in there will long healthy nails that my local salon have been pampering just to end up with mismatched and rotting nails after all my hard work growing them
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!! rude service and disgusting tools and environment. my technician was extremely rude and people constantly were coming in and he would scream at them saying things such as "what you want" or just "20 minutes". i am extremely mad because i got gel done less that a day ago and they already chipped!!! not to mention i have been sitting around all day and haven't been using my hands much! i will not be coming back here and i strongly advise against it
