I just got a call from the owner stating she will not be taking an appointment for my son in the future because he missed his appointment today when I was told a completely different time from what they had on their end. Clearly there was a mistake however, she was so unprofessional and rude, anyone that treats customers like that clearly isn't interested in building a reparable business or repeat clientele. Don't go here, plenty of other salons in the area with professional customer service.
