Because I didn't make an appointment online and showed up the hr befor they close I can't get a hair cut. Poor management and an excuse to not have to work a few minutes passed clock out. Either the company is cheap and won't allow overtime. Or it's laziness and no one wants to have to work a little past close.
I would give this a 0 if I could. Absolutely awful. Do not go here ever!! My boyfriend wanted HALF of the top cut off. He barely has any hair!!! It's ridiculous. The guy wasn't even paying attention when cutting his hair. He showed him a picture and it looks nothing like what he wanted. Horrible.
Made an appointment. Showed up on time to be told there was a 45 minute wait because a person came in that needed hair color. There was no one else in the store other than me and the other customer. Also checked that there was not an appointment before me. Why make an appointment?
Visited salon for the first time, waited 17 minutes as the young lady was by herself and providing her undivided attention to her customer. I work In the security field, there is no way this young lady should be by herself in the evenings. Also, several customers left as they were tired of waiting, bad for the business from a financial and customer perspective. Sydney provided phenomenal customer service to me, just need more stylists.

Been to a few Supercuts before but this one is definitely not too great. I walked in and was greeted quickly (good sign) but when I asked if a certain person was working there I was told they were no longer with them. That's fine, I understand that, I made a simple remark that the woman who had cut my hair previously left it how I enjoyed it and I was given a smart remark from the stylist. "Well we all know how to cut hair" is what she said. I mean, obviously you should right? You work at a hair salon as a stylist. Rude worker and the haircut wasn't that great.
