I have gone here for years and 9/10 times they have something rude to say. And there is always SOMETHING wrong with my nails and when I leave. It's normally nothing major so I will usually brush it off and hope for better next time. Yesterday I went and was charged $30 for nails that are almost all different lengths and shapes. The owner told me that she wasn't going to do my nails long because I have a baby and will "scratch her". None of her business in the first place but I've gotten my nails done long since I've had my baby and it has never been a problem. I cried when I left bc my nails are not pretty at all and everyone knows you want to feel beautiful when you leave the nail salon! I don't even care for my money back or to ever go back unless it's to get these hideous nails off. Even then I don't feel like dealing with the owners snarky comments!
Pedicure was so disappointing... Hardly a scrub or massage. I asked for a design that ended up looking like my 5yr old did it & they charged $45! For what? I can't tell you...2 stars because the ladies were nice
The service wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either. I got the dip nails previously at another salon so I decided to give W Nails a chance. My problem was with their price for dip nails. I was charged $50 for dip nails. When I asked why I was told it was $45 for the "full set" & $5 for the removal of my previous dip nails. My regular salon charges $35 for dip nails including removal. On top of the outrageous price, I wasn't offered anything to drink like my regular salon does. Just wasn't worth the price. Oh & one last thing, for dip nails they only had one ring of colors to choose from.
Just got a pedicure here. Very clean. Nice people. Nails look great! They even helped me pick a good color for my skin tone. Would defiantly recommend to family or friends. They did a great job making sure that my color was a precise as it could be.
Rude. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and asked if I could get a pedicure. The lady looked at the sign showing they were open, and said under her breath something about turning the sign off, which she quickly did, then closed the blinds. She made sure I didn't feel welcomed at all. Obviously, I walked out. I will never go back in to give them another chance. I wanted to try them because they are next door to a place I frequent, Merry Toppins.
