My two boys received haircuts from two stylists. The older one who I believe to be the owner did an excellent job, however the younger one butchered my kids hair and did not do what I asked. She then proceeded to argue with me and then insult my family and I. This is the worst haircut and worst customer service experience I have had since moving to Waxahachie. The owner is a good stylist, but should not allow her employees to speak to customers that way. Had she done something to remedy the situation we would have returned and requested her as a stylist. However, due to the circumstances we will not be back. I've attached the photo of my sons hair. I requested a 1 with a low mid fade and a trim on top. Again, I asked for the same thing for my younger boy and his hair came out great.
The staff was friendly which is why I gave it A star but I'm on my way now to another barber to see if they can do anything to fix this crap. Guy completely white walled my left side ear... Both sides pictured so you know he knew! He kept my chair pointed to this side so I didn't see the other side til an hour later when I got home. Never again!!!
I love getting my color done here, they use high quality hair products and I love how clean everything is. They also offer a loyalty card that comes in handy for those who like getting their hair done often or families.
The staff is always very accommodating and kind. My son is very picky about his hair style. The stylists take their time and check in with him as they go to ensure he gets the look he wants.
The girl that cut my 3 year old sons hair was openly aggravated that she had to cut a 3 years olds hair. Not a great experience We won't be back
