Ladies doing my daughter and My nails and toes seemed like they didn't even want to b there. Very rude. I'm sure talking about us in their language. Guy up front did take $10 off but we will not go back.
Each time I come here, it just gets inconsistent and less enjoyable. For the cost of services, I'd rather drive to Dallas and get my money's worth. I asked for black gel for toes, was watching tv & noticed after second coat, she painted them white. When I told the tech, all she said was oh and barely massaged my feet. If i had the time, i would've asked her to change it. She didn't even offer to change it either. My finger nails are bumpy & splotchy too. The tech on my fingers didn't even bother to clean up the dip color stuck to my skin. The spa was pretty empty for me to get rushed and have my services messed up. If i get a chance this week, I'll see if they can fix my dip manicure then that's the most noticeable messed up part.
