Was in desperate need of a haircut and rushed to the Supercuts at the 68th and State Street location in Wauwatosa about 25 minutes before their closing time. The salon is quite large, with a comfy and sizable waiting area . One stylist remained and I asked her if she could do a quick cut. She said she was waiting for someone who had an appointment but was 5 minutes late k, but that she wanted to give him another 5 minutes. When he hadn't shown up 5 minutes later. She said she could do my cut. Even though it w/as going to run past her closing time, she didn't rush through my cut and style - listening to what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. She was friendly, accommodating and very customer focused. I will definitely return and would recommend it to others.
I love my hair cuts from jerry very professional very sweet and listens. walking in the salon there was a women with tattoos that did not greet anyone walking through the doorso I just awkwardly sat down. That's happened a few times not good vibes but overall nice and clean I will go back.
All I needed was a trim and Wendy was able to fit me in, in between her other appointments when no other place was able to. I was happy with my haircut and definitely will be going back to Wendy!
Just had a cut and highlights by Rick and was very pleased. Not everyone can deal with curly hair and he did a great job! I will be back....
Love the service and attention I get from Sheniqua! She stayed over to ensure my color and highlights came out great, eventhough it was 2 hours past her quitting time. She listens to exactly what I want! I appreciate that she didn't just hand me over to another person.
